We are a small team of close-knit beer nerds and pet lovers. We place a high value on having a life outside of work, while remaining passionately committed to what we do. we endeavor to provide a great experience to every guest (including kids and petS) and create delicious, high-quality, approachable beer that is enticing to everyone from your bud-light-guzzling uncle to the cicerone-certified who can discern hops by their aroma.

as part of the lost friend team, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about beer as well as enjoy hands-on experience making it. each employee is invited to get their hands dirty and brew small experimental batches with the brewing team, using your own creative ideas and crafting the recipe from scratch. we also like to get together for occasional team days — these have included raucous games of kickball followed by brewery hopping, having a cookout by a river, or closing early for catered board game nights.
