THE BEER: Fete D’Hiver - Belgian Style Dubbel | 6.8% ABV | 20 IBUs | Aged and conditioned since May. A belgian style dubbel brewed with crystal and belgian malts, and belgian candi sugar. Dark amber color with a rich molasses aroma. Full malty flavor with notes of toffee and dried fruit. Slight warming alcohol finish and pleasant lingering sweetness. THE GLASS: 14.5 oz Teku glass. Designed in-house. The Teku Glass was designed by a sensory analyst to enhance the craft beer experience and lends itself well to any beer style, as well as wine or sipping spirits. Our winter Teku glass design features swirling hops, snowflakes, evergreens and malts. Limit two per person.
